My recent stay at the Lotte New York Palace was a beautiful experience, especially during the festive season with stunning Christmas decorations. The staff were really good, genuinely making me feel welcomed and taken care of. However, there were some minor hiccups, such as difficulty getting breakfast reservations at the restaurant.

I had an very nice stay in the Champagne Suite in the Towers at Lotte New York Palace. The room was large and comfortable, with amazing views of the city and even St. Patrick's Cathedral. While the staff provided standout service that made my stay truly special, I did experience some drawbacks, such as a lack of diverse dining options and only a limited room service selection. Overall, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, though I wish there had been more in-house dining choices to complement the lavish stay. 🥂🏙️
